Announcement    ****SHOP CHANGES****

I know some of you have previously seen that I was an exclusively a customizable plush store. After over 6 years of doing exclusively customizable products, that includes never having anything pre made before hand, getting over 40 orders in 2 weeks, and the majority of a product being hand sewn, and having MS on top of it all. The stress of getting things done on time, never having time to create anymore, never having time for my family, and dealing with the “unsavoury” customers was enough to want to permanently stop making anything anymore. So for my own health and for the happiness of others around me I decided I need to stop doing custom orders. As a one person show it was seriously too much. So I am now trying to do an update every Thursday. I’m still trying to recover from “job burnout” so I’m really only doing things that I enjoy making and can handle until I get back into the swing of things. So please bear with me. Thank you so much for the support and patience during this time.

I’ve made changes to countries that I ship to. If you don’t see yours on here please send me a message so I can possibly change that for you. Overseas orders don’t automatically get tracking its too expensive, but if you want it please message me to give you a quote and change the shipping option.

****REMINDER****

Just a reminder that all my products are mostly HAND sewn. I only use a machine for a couple of the plush parts. Therefore they are more time consuming and detail oriented. I only use quality materials, fur, fabric, eyes etc. so my prices are as is because they are quality customized hand sewn products and it’s expensive here in Canada to keep quality supplies stocked. :)

Please, please read my shop policies and procedures before ordering, it will only take a couple minutes and there might be important information that you need to know before ordering. Regarding shipping, tracking, important dates and deadlines. Also please, please double check your address. I am not responsible for missing packages if you messed up on the address and it is not my job to double check with you when you order.

Care instructions

Hand wash with damp cloth and hang dry. Don't use washing machine or dryer and don't submerge in water if possible.

Wholesale availability

At this time my wholesale is closed I have 2 companies I supply and as a single worker for the shop I have more than enough work. :)

What is an appropriate age for your products?

Children 4 and up for the toys with safety eyes and the crabs. Sloths any age. But do use your own judgement as all children are different with how they treat things.

Is this sloth available?

The sloths that I have listed are the sloths that I have available. Sloths in my review list aren't always still available. If you have any doubts always check my sloth category to make sure they are still there. Any other questions don't hesitate to message me.

Custom and personalized orders

I don’t do custom orders anymore, I also don’t do drawings or dragons, only because I’m not confident in making your plush that you have made in your image. I don’t want to mess that up. I have done custom orders for over 6 years and it’s become exhausting to the point of closing my shop forever. I will take your wishes into consideration while I prepare for the weekly updates. But I will not do anything custom anymore, as of 2021
